Vegan Fitness have come up with this really simple dairy free, protein ice cream recipe, using silken tofu and our vegan protein powder blend. With just four ingredients and one instruction, it’s easy to make and so tasty as an after meal treat or high protein snack. Low in calories and over 24g protein.

Blend and enjoy – best served straight away.

Instructions:

1.) Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
