1. Add all your ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have a thick but smooth batter-like consistency.
2. Heat waffle machine as per instructions, using spray prior to heating.
3. Once very hot, pour batter and bake accordingly.
Recipe yields 4 large waffles.
We topped ours with some Vanilla flavour Zero Calorie Syrup and a chopped up protein bar – delicious!
