Chef Hebe has been working tirelessly on a new protein bar recipe. Some say she has the ability to turn regular water into whey protein – just by looking at it. Others believe she has the ability to control dragons. All we know is that her Salted Caramel Honeycomb Crunch Bar recipe is the stuff of legends. This protein and fibre powerhouse is just what you need to keep your muscles happy and your appetite satisfied. Enjoy!


1) To a small bowl, add the sugar free syrup (if you have none, you may replace with 5ml of another liquid eg. almond milk or water). Stir in the VitaFiber™.

2) Stir in the whey protein and mix together.

3) Add the casein protein, mix (or more like squish) together.

4) Add the peanut butter and mix again.

5) Add the chopped up chocolate finger. Bring together into a ball and shape into a bar.
