Others believe he was the first person to escape from Alcatraz, swimming the entire distance back to the shore of San Francisco underwater…on a single breath. All we know is, he is called The Beltsander.

Try his Protein Ginger Nuts Recipe for a high protein snack, combining Pure Whey Protein™ and Vitafiber, that’s ready to eat in less than 20 minutes!

Instructions:

1.) Combine the water and Vitafiber in a pot and heat until the the mixture turns clear.

2.) Add the Coconut Oil and allow it to melt in a bowl.

3.) Combine the remaining ingredients.

4.) Mix the wet and dry ingredients and add spoonfulls of the mixture to a baking sheet.

5.) Bake at 160º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

6.) Allow them to cool and then serve.
