Protein Ginger Nuts Recipe

All we know is, he is called The Beltsander.

Instructions:

1.) Combine the water and Vitafiber in a pot and heat until the the mixture turns clear.

2.) Add the Coconut Oil and allow it to melt in a bowl.

3.) Combine the remaining ingredients.

4.) Mix the wet and dry ingredients and add spoonfulls of the mixture to a baking sheet.

5.) Bake at 160º for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

6.) Allow them to cool and then serve.
