For all you cookie and nut fanatics out there comes this quick and easy Pistachio & Cherry cookies recipe – packed full of slow-release carbs, healthy fats and an abundance of protein.
1.) Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
2.) In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, except the dried cherries.
3.) Add in the wet and mix to form a batter.
4.) Stir through the dried cherries so that they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
5.) Drop equal amounts of the batter into cookie shapes onto a silicone or baking paper lined tray and bake for 15 minutes.
6.) Leave to cool.
