Instructions:

1.) Melt your coconut oil, then whisk in the rest of your ingredients.

2.) Pour into a large square dish/mould prepared with greaseproof paper and place in freezer for an hour or so.

3.) Once it has hardened, remove from freezer and slice into squares.

4.) Eat some then save the rest to impress your friends when they ask for after dinner mints!
