Summary

Here’s a supremely easy recipe for some Oat Protein Muffins using our festive Mince Pie flavour Pure Whey Protein™. You quite literally throw everything in a bowl. Mix. Pour. Whack in the oven. Job done!

Instructions

1.) Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.

2.) Pour the mixture, in equal quantities, into a muffin tray (12)

3.) Bake for 10mins @ 180 (fan assisted) or 200 (standard).

1/4 of 500g Liquid Egg Whites

3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Cup Hot Water

3/4 Cup of Sweetner – Agarve

1/2 Cup Dark Choco Chips

1 Cup Fat Free Yogurt
