Some say Domino’s Pizza Gibraltar are so worried that Elke is stealing all their customers with her homemade high protein pizzas that they’ve already held multiple emergency board meetings. Some say she lives in a home where Giant Muscle Malt Bars have replaced bricks and almond butter has been used instead of cement.

We’re still waiting for our invite to Casa Muscle Bakery but when we hop on a boat and sail across to the Rock of Gibraltar, we’re hoping Elke has plenty of Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream ready for us (and hugs). Who knows, she may even serve it up with some protein jellies. Fingers crossed.

Instructions:

1.) In a high speed blender, add all your ingredients except for the Matcha Green Tea Powder, add that in last.

2.) Pour the mix into a bowl/container and stick in the freezer for approx. 4-5 hours, stirring it 3-4 times within that period to make sure it remains ‘creamy’

3.) Grab you ice-cream spoon and… well… eat it ALL!

Chocolate is optional but it gave it a nice touch!

Note: For a high protein version add ½ scoop Vanilla Casein or Vegan Vanilla Protein Blend. For a lower carb alternative, omit the sweet freedom or replace with a lower sugar content ingredient.
