High protein and low fat – what more could you want from a cake?!


1.) Peel the banana, add it to a bowl and mash it with a fork.

2.) Add the dry ingredients for the cake to the bowl, then add the egg whites, molasses and stir to make a thick batter.

3.) Pour into a lined loaf tin and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15-20 minutes.

4.) Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool completely before cutting.
