This is a fantastic high protein treat, especially for those who are partial to a tasty dessert. With 10g protein per slice, and less than 6g carbs, it is the perfect recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Incorporating our Pure Whey Protein™, Complete Protein Dessert™, Dried Coconut and popular Liquid Egg Whites, this Coconut Fig Tart recipe is definitely worth a try!

Instructions:

1.) Mash up your ingredients until you have a smooth dough.

2.) Make sure to save some coconut flakes and a couple of figs to decorate your tart at the end.

3.) Add the dough to a baking form or dish and bake for about 30-40 minutes on medium heat.

4.) After half of the baking time, put the leftover Dried Coconut flakes and some fig as a topping on the tart.

5.) After a total 30-40 minutes of baking time, take the tart out of the oven and allow to cool for up to 20 minutes. Enjoy!

30g Complete Protein Porridge™ (Butterscotch Flavour)

30g Dried Coconut Flakes

120g Greek Yoghurt

100ml Coconut or Almond Milk

75ml Liquid Egg Whites

1 Whole Egg

50g Pure Whey Protein™ (Vanilla)

1 tsp Baking Powder

Sweetener to Taste

100g Fresh Figs
