Feast your eyes on this festive taste-sensation! It’s a Christmas Pudding Mug Cake recipe packed full of mouth-watering citrus flavours, with an Apple Crumble & Custard whey protein kicker!
1.) Add all ingredients into a mug and blend with a fork vigorously, to make sure everything is mixed well.
2.) Microwave for approx 45 seconds (may vary according to power of your microwave).
3.) If you make it in a clear mug, like we did, it’ll be easier to check when it is done.
4.) Choc Gingerbread man optional, but it does make it look pretty.
