Instructions

1.) In a bowl, combine the oats and whey. Add the peanut butter, stir to combine then rub in like you would do making pastry. Add half of the almond milk, mix well and gradually add the remaining half. You may not need it all, just add enough so it can be rolled together into a ball. Press this mixture into the bottom of a small tin or silicone mould.

2.) For the coconut layer: Melt the coconut oil. Add the stevia drops. Stir in the whey. Stir in the greek yoghurt and coconut. Spread this mixture over the flapjack.

3.) For the chocolate layer: Melt the coconut oil. Stir in the cocoa powder. Stir in the chocolate whey. Sprinkle over the granulated sweetener. Pour on top of the coconut layer. Pop into the freezer.
