Ready in 1 minute, all you have to do is choose a flavour and add hot water. It’s also the only Protein Mug Cake Mix to feature a complete protein blend as well as super grains, MCTs and Vitafiber™.
Made with a blend of high quality ingredients including whey protein, micellar casein, egg white powder, milk protein, ultra fine oats and medium chain triglycerides, each Protein Mug Cake Mix provides a healthy hit of protein with as little as 2.5g of sugar. Whey protein concentrate is low in fat and sugar, while our premium milk protein concentrate is not only a source of protein, but also a source of slow-digesting casein proteins. It’s available in delicious Chocolate Sponge or Banoffee Pie flavours, so choose your flavour and take a break from the shakes and bars.

When and how to use
Add two level scoops (approximately 50g) of Protein Mug Cake Mix to a large mug. Add 70ml (one large scoop) of water to the powder and mix to a paste. Microwave on full power for 40-50 seconds until the cake rises. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
