    USAGE

    What you will need:

    • 1 baking tray lined with baking parchment.
    • 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or other vegetable oil)
    • 150ml warm almond milk or semi-skimmed milk.
    • A bit of extra flour.

    Method:

    • Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees / 350 Fahrenheit and line the baking tray with baking parchment.
    • Warm the milk in a microwave, checking every 20 seconds. You should be able to dip a finger into the milk without scalding yourself.
    • Empty your pouch of BULK POWDERS® High Protein Bread Mix into a large mixing bowl.
    • Add 1 tablespoon of oil and stir.
    • Gradually add the warm milk and mix until you attain a dough-like consistency. Don’t be afraid to get your hands in the bowl!
    • Spread some flour down over a clean worktop and knead the dough for 3-4 minutes. This step is really important, if you don’t knead the dough, you’ll be left with very dense bread!
    • Separate and roll into four balls and place this on the baking tray.
    • Bake for 20 minutes on the centre shelf. Check after 15 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven and leave to cool before consuming.
    • Enjoy your high protein bread at any time of day! Store in an airtight container for up to 72 hours.
