Our 100% pure and Organic Raw Cacao Nibs are produced by organic growers in Peru using a production process that fully preserves the nutritional value of the cacao and zero additives. Packed with 19g of fibre per 100g, they’re a great way to increase fibre intake.
The raw cacao beans in these nibs are harvested by hand in Peru, fermented to reduce bitterness, and extracted to be broken into ‘nibs’, meaning that all the nutritional value of the cacao is preserved. Organic raw cacao nibs are cocoa in its purest form, providing an intense, crunchy texture and slightly bitter and rich flavour, perfect for use in baking or simply enjoying as a convenient snack.
