UX Designer

A brand new role within the eCommerce team, the UX Designer will act as the primary user advocate, ensuring that users have an amazing experience at every step of the journey when on our digital real estate. The UX Designer will translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces.

What will you be doing?

  • Work with the business analyst to translate user requirements and user feedback into improved UX/UI functionality
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mock ups and prototypes that illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Head of CRM & Trading

The Head of CRM & Trading will be responsible for driving repeat revenue across our global geography in collaboration with the local management. They will own day to day trading and promotion management as well as market place sales.

What will you be doing?

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (USA MARKET)

The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Senior Country Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement by expertly executing the digital marketing strategy for BULK POWDERS® USA – a brand new territory for us.

What will you be doing?

  • Assist the Senior Country Manager in managing online content platforms, and executing content and SEO strategy across all platforms
  • Liaise with the wider marketing team on content ideas and implementation
  • Copywriting for blogs, online articles, and any other content channel requested by the Country Manager, ensuring all content matches the Company brand and Google guidelines
  • Work closely with the design team and videographer to produce content in the form of blogs, articles, videos, imagery and web copy that meets the objectives of the brand strategy for the American market
  • Monitor and produce content for social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Keep up to date with the latest sports/fitness and social media trends appropriate for the customer base
  • Assist the Country Manager with reports on social media and content performance
  • Assist the Country Manager in managing influencers for the American market

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (SWEDISH MARKET)

The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Senior Country Manager on several different areas of digital marketing with the purpose to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and conversion and revenue for BULK POWDERS® in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a good background in digital marketing, ideally covering different aspects of digital marketing such as PPC account management/Google Adwords, affiliate networks, SEO, and social media.

What will you be doing?

  • Work with the Senior Country Manager on strategy growth plans
  • Assist the Senior Country Manager and Content Team to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for all PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and conversion
  • Implement, optimise and manage paid search campaigns for the Swedish account within budget
  • Work closely with the Acquisition Team to ensure that all PPC campaigns are in line with the overall acquisition strategy
  • Test and execute different paid activities on social
  • Perform keyword research and manage all bid management
  • Analyse activity and performance of all paid search campaigns for the Swedish market and report back to Head of Acquisitions
  • Work closely with Affiliate Manager to identify and effectively manage and optimise ROI through affiliate partners
  • Provide Swedish translations for website and marketing campaigns where required
  • Continuously keep in touch with latest trends in sports nutrition and apply guidance on Swedish marketing strategy from Senior Country Manager

The Junior Web Support will provide 1st level technical support to internal and external customers. This role is perfect for an individual energised by working behind the scenes to keep a company’s web and marketing ecosystem running.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Production Manager to support our Production Manager in "shop floor" management to get the best from our team, keeping team members motivated and focused to achieve daily and monthly production targets. This role is hands-on (80% task, 20% management), you therefore form an essential part of the operation in regards to stock movement to support production lines, as well as having responsibility for supervising the team of 10-15 operatives.

What will you be doing?

The Distribution Centre Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Distribution Centre including all activity across ecommerce, wholesale and retail fulfilment. Driving the operations strategic and tactical continuous improvement plans with full budgetary responsibility for all aspects of the Distribution Centre.

Goods In Operative / Forklift Driver (Bendi/Flexi)

We are looking for an experienced Flexi forklift driver to join our expanding Goods In team, to assist with organising, accurate recording and allocating of supplier deliveries in our busy distribution centre.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely receipt of incoming deliveries from external suppliers including liaising with delivery drivers, unloading deliveries, carrying out accurate delivery quantity and quality checks, handling delivery paperwork and reconciling against physical product, and organising 'put away'
  • Ensuring that at all times general housekeeping is kept at the highest standard, including management of the warehouse cleaning schedule
  • General FLT duties as requested by management and holiday cover
  • Ownership and execution of daily forklift checks
  • Organisation of quarantine products, liaising with the Product Quality Supervisor and management to ensure stock adjustments are made where necessary
  • Compliance with all H&S regulations

What are we looking for?

  • Experienced FLT operators with licences for Articulated Flexi FLTs (Bendi), Counterbalance, and ideally Reach also
  • Experienced in working and operating an FLT in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently and safely at all times
  • Experienced in use of bar code scanner to transfer stock locations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • A good verbal and written communicator
