UX Designer

A brand new role within the eCommerce team, the UX Designer will act as the primary user advocate, ensuring that users have an amazing experience at every step of the journey when on our digital real estate. The UX Designer will translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces.

What will you be doing?

  • Work with the business analyst to translate user requirements and user feedback into improved UX/UI functionality
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mock ups and prototypes that illustrate how sites function and look like

We are now hiring for a Head of Acquisition to join our ever growing digital marketing team in East London! Digital Analytics Manager

This is a brand new position within our rapidly growing eCommerce team - a great position for a true data "geek". In this position, you will be responsible for reporting, dashboarding and analysing all key performance indicators across our digital properties, using data and best practices to make recommendations for stakeholders to optimise the customer journey across multiple platforms. 

You must have a strong understanding of quantitative methodologies, as well as an exceptional talent for finding hidden opportunities within data and recognising trends.

What will you be doing?

Digital Marketing Executive (Swedish Speaking)

The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Senior Country Manager on several different areas of digital marketing with the purpose to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and conversion and revenue for BULK POWDERS® in Sweden. Sage 200 Developer & Support

The Sage 200 Developer will work with our in-house Sage Development team on change and continuous improvement projects using Sage 200 2016/2018 Online, as well as routine maintenance and bug fixes.

The role requires dedication and energy to not only help progress business development and improvement but also to assist with system support throughout the business. The ideal candidate will enjoy supporting the business on a number of systems projects and providing employee support in using Sage, in addition to carrying out development work.

What will you be doing?

Assistant Production Manager (Evening Shift)

We are recruiting for an Assistant Production Manager to support our Production Manager in "shop floor" management to get the best from our team, keeping team members motivated and focused to achieve daily and monthly production targets. This role is hands-on (80% task, 20% management), you therefore form an essential part of the operation in regards to stock movement to support production lines, as well as having responsibility for supervising the team of 10-15 operatives.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the floor ensuring staff are focused, motivated and assigned to the correct task
  • Optimising production and controlling the flow and sequencing of manufacturing
  • Supporting production lines by carrying out stock movement tasks
  • Daily and monthly KPIs to be met including CPU, equipment effectiveness, quality and output targets
  • Executing the H&S policy ensuring all control measures are in place to create a safe working environment
  • Monitoring and ensuring team compliance with production and quality processes, providing training when needed
  • Creating and delivering training programmes for new team members and existing
  • Carrying out start up checks and completing necessary shift reports throughout the day

What are we looking for?

  • Strong management/supervisory experience in a food production environment
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to management, with a hands-on work ethic
  • Experience and good knowledge of batch control, stock control and management
  • A natural leader with proven track record of training teams and getting the best from each individual
