SEO Manager

The SEO Manager will act as an SEO focused expert within our marketing team to improve performance, primarily concentrating on the UK. You should be able to define best practice and quickly execute to supercharge our SEO efforts by rolling out strategy, working closely with the teams within our various global markets.

The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of the performance marketing strategy for BULK POWDERS® in order to meet the Company revenue and growth targets, as well as drive customer acquisition and conversion.

  • Implement, optimise and manage paid search campaigns within budget.
  • Work closely with the Acquisition Team to ensure that all PPC campaigns are in line with the overall acquisition strategy.

The Ecommerce Trading Manager will take ownership of trading and merchandising multiple Bulk Powders websites in multiple countries - maximising revenue and ensuring that it performs at its best. Reporting to the Head of Trading, you will manage a team of Ecommerce Trading Executives. Ensuring that they are provided with clear leadership, development and are delivering on their assigned website(s).

Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, the Website Manager is responsible for making sure all of the Bulk Powders websites and third-party online systems are running smoothly and that all content, promotions and products are setup correctly.

What you'll be doing?

  • Working closely with the frontend team and trading team to ensure all website content is up kept up to date, including static pages and landing pages.
  • Coordinating with the trading team to make sure all promotions are set up and activated at the relevant time in Magento.
  • Creating multi variant and AB tests using Monetate.
  • Taking ownership of updating website banners.
  • Liaising with the product team to make sure all new products are set up in Magento and that all product information is kept up to date, including product imagery.

Accounts Payable Team Leader

Reporting to the Accounts Manager of the Finance Department, the Accounts Payable Team Leader will be responsible for 2 direct reports, overseeing Supplier relations, Invoice queries, Goods In discrepancies and development of a growing team. What you'll be doing?

  • Ensure purchase invoices are accurately processed and in a timely manner.

The Site GM will sit as part of the Senior Operations management team and will define and execute ‘best practice’ across the UK distribution facility including all aspects of warehouse and production.   • Strong technical knowledge and experiences with powder manufacturing lines, ideally Matcon with significant experience in managing manufacturing environment changes in both process and machinery.

What you'll be doing?

  • Co-ordinate testing of raw materials when goods are received in the warehouse.
  • Carrying out quality control checks e.g. packaging, labeling, weights, swabbing etc.
  • Auditing and monitoring hygiene and cleanliness in the manufacturing facility, ensuring a high level of procedure adherence at all times and reporting where necessary.
  • Co-ordinate testing of finished products that are made within our production facility.
  • Monitor storage conditions of any temperature sensitive products within the warehouse.
  • Assist in the maintenance and preparation for audits (accreditations such as Soil Association Organic, The Halal Trust, Informed Sport, GMP).
  • Creation of product documents (Certificates of Analysis, Certificate of Conformance, Product Specification).
  • Playing an active role in our product and quality team.

What we're looking for?

  • Graduate in Sports/Science/Food Technology/Food Safety or similar degree.
  • Scientific background/education and some experience within a lab (at university level or in a work environment).
  • Keen interest in sports nutrition, ideally using sports nutrition products themselves and/or a good understanding of the key products on the market.
  • Confidence and an eye for detail.
  • High levels of literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong communication skills and a great team player.
