Customer Service Agents (French or Spanish speaking)

PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

In this role, you will be part of a growing team producing our unique formula sports nutrition products and will have the opportunity to learn and work on a number of different lines and processes.

Typical duties of an operative will include:

  • Working on the production lines to create BULK POWDERS® finished products
  • Operating production machinery and equipment
  • Ensuring personal and team targets are met on a daily basis
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene procedures and housekeeping
  • Picking, Weighing, and blending ingredients
  • Logging all processes of production to job sheets
  • Ensure company production policy is followed
  • Packaging and labelling of all products for dispatch

The successful candidates will have a selection of the following skills:

  • Previous experience of a role within production

Business Analyst

A brand new role in our eCommerce team, the Business Analyst will be working on a variety of innovative web platform and mobile application development projects through the full SDLC. Reporting into and supporting the Head of eCommerce, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Business Analyst with an impressive background in eCommerce and retail environments, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in order to provide clear and effective comms to our stakeholders, both internal and external.

What will you be doing?

  • Documenting and analysing the needs of the business, supported by a robust understanding of the current business situation
  • Gathering and documenting requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria that can be used and interpreted by both business and technical users - this will involve facilitating workshops and assessing source documentation from the customer
  • Identifying and recommending options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to support the definition of the project scope and objectives
  • Prompting, validating and documenting requirements, both functional and non-functional, to the required standard using appropriate documentation throughout the project life-cycle
  • Leading the definition, evaluation and agreement of the business solution options (collaborating with key stakeholders across the business and technology teams) ensuring they are consistent with the overall business strategy - this may include the evaluation of 3rd party solutions
  • Supporting the user acceptance testing (UAT) process to ensure the developed solution is fit for purpose, and ensure successful handover of IT developments into UAT
  • Providing training to users of a new system

Goods In Operative / Forklift Driver (Bendi/Flexi)

We are looking for an experienced Flexi forklift driver to join our expanding Goods In team, to assist with organising, accurate recording and allocating of supplier deliveries in our busy distribution centre.

What does the role involve?

  • Responsible for the accurate and timely receipt of incoming deliveries from external suppliers including liaising with delivery drivers, unloading deliveries, carrying out accurate delivery quantity and quality checks, handling delivery paperwork and reconciling against physical product, and organising 'put away'
  • Ensuring that at all times general housekeeping is kept at the highest standard, including management of the warehouse cleaning schedule
  • General FLT duties as requested by management and holiday cover
  • Ownership and execution of daily forklift checks
  • Organisation of quarantine products, liaising with the Product Quality Supervisor and management to ensure stock adjustments are made where necessary
  • Compliance with all H&S regulations

What are we looking for?

  • Experienced FLT operators with licences for Articulated Flexi FLTs (Bendi), Counterbalance, and ideally Reach also
  • Experienced in working and operating an FLT in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to work accurately, efficiently and safely at all times
  • Experienced in use of bar code scanner to transfer stock locations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • A good verbal and written communicator
  • This role may be physically demanding and involves lifting and bending

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Videographer to help take BULK POWDERS® video content to the next level. We are an ambitious business with fantastic recent growth and want to communicate to our fans/new fans in a compelling and engaging way that cuts through.

What does the role involve?

  • Shoot, edit and deliver outstanding/best in class video content (for social channels) to help drive aggressive growth across social media. This would include major in-house campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, high profile athlete/ambassador launches and ongoing content
  • Be accountable for future video planning and have the ability to manage multiple high profile projects at once
  • Produce time sensitive content for major events during the year, always delivering on time
  • Implementation of translations across European/other markets for video content
  • Make time for regular research into competitors and cutting edge brands so we are ahead of the game

Assistant Production Manager

We are recruiting for an Assistant Production Manager to support our Production Manager in "shop floor" management to get the best from our team, keeping team members motivated and focused to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

This role is hands-on (80% task, 20% management), you therefore form an essential part of the operation in regards to stock movement to support production lines, as well as having responsibility for supervising the team of 10-15 operatives.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the floor ensuring staff are focused, motivated and assigned to the correct task
  • Optimising production and controlling the flow and sequencing of manufacturing
  • Supporting production lines by carrying out stock movement tasks
  • Daily and monthly KPIs to be met including CPU, equipment effectiveness, quality and output targets
  • Executing the H&S policy ensuring all control measures are in place to create a safe working environment
  • Monitoring and ensuring team compliance with production and quality processes, providing training when needed
  • Creating and delivering training programmes for new team members and existing
  • Carrying out start up checks and completing necessary shift reports throughout the day

What are we looking for?

  • Strong management/supervisory experience in a food production environment
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to management, with a hands-on work ethic
  • Experience and good knowledge of batch control, stock control and management
  • A natural leader with proven track record of training teams and getting the best from each individual
  • Happy to work as part of the duty and carry out manual tasks alongside supervising and leading the team
