CRM Analyst

The SEO Manager will act as an SEO focused expert within our marketing team to improve performance, primarily concentrating on the UK. What will you be doing?

  • Researching, devising and managing SEO strategies for the company's digital estate (primary focus UK).

What will you be doing?

  • Executing of our BAU email and SMS communications across 12 markets including building, testing and scheduling.

We’re currently planning out a huge rebrand project, which will involve key stakeholders from every part of the business, from product and manufacturing, through to brand, e-commerce, acquisition, distribution.

We have a brand team that is fairly inexperienced, and we’re looking for some contract support to help coordinate and manage the rebrand project. We’ll be appointing a creative/brand agency, and the overall direction of the rebrand will be led by the CMO and Head of Brand, but the actual management of the process, timelines etc will fall to this project manager.

The role will report in to the Head of Brand within the Brand team, however, a great deal of interaction will be required with the Product, Distribution, Creative, CRM, eCommerce teams.

What will you be doing?

  • Working with CMO and head of brand to develop rebrand brief for agencies.
  • Manageming the rebrand timeline and critical path analysis.

  • Using AmpScript for testing dynamic content in Emails based on localised country and audience.

What will you be doing?

  • You will have the opportunity to own the compliance and regulatory agenda in a rapidly expanding global company.

The Head of IT role will lead the IT team through an important period of change in evolving our current systems to ensure they are fit-for-purpose to provide a platform for our future growth plans. A key project of the role will be in defining, selecting and implementing a new business enterprise system. Experience of previously delivering a similar change programme would be highly desirable, particularly NetSuite.
