DANISH DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE / ECOMMERCE MANAGER

What your role will involve

Reporting to the Senior Country Manager, your role will include the following:

  • Day to day supervision of all aspects of the Danish website
  • Managing PPC, affiliates and social media for the Danish market

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate

WAREHOUSE SERVICE OPERATIVE/ FLT DRIVER

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Service Operative/ FLT Driver to join our Warehouse team.

What your role will involve

Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Operating Mechanical Handling Equipment in a safe and effective manner
  • Unloading vehicles and breaking down incoming pallets
  • Undertaking pick face replenishment tasks using RF scanners linked to WMS
  • Undertaking visual quality checks for all products received
  • Working accurately with Batch numbers and use by dates
  • Locating incoming goods and manufactured items into the appropriate racking
  • Picking bulk pallets or customer orders as required
  • Loading pallets onto carriers, undertaking required checks for accuracy and safety.

SEO MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and driven SEO Manager to act as an SEO focused expert within our marketing team to improve performance, primarily concentrating on the UK. You should be should be able to define best practice and quickly execute to supercharge our SEO efforts by rolling out strategy across the team, working closely with our Senior Country Manager and UK team. 

What your role will involve

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Research, devise and manage SEO strategies for the BULK POWDERS® digital estate (primary focus UK)
  • Manage all aspects of SEO, including on-site, link building, blogging, content marketing, online PR, technical SEP (crawl errors, data mark up, xml sitemaps etc)
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives
  • Work with the content and social media teams to deliver effective campaigns
  • Coordinate with the acquisition team to ensure effective keyword targeting and landing page structure
  • Provide in-house guidance on SEO updates / algorithm changes  
  • Build and maintain campaign performance reports

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in SEO
  • Preferably educated to degree level
  • Strong working knowledge of latest SEO techniques and algorithm updates
  • Experience in creating effective outreach strategies
  • Good knowledge of GA, Search Console and Adwords

  • Driving data strategy supporting key strategic brand initiatives with data insights and opportunities

PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

Our manufacturing team have immediate vacancies for production operatives on a 3-month fixed term basis, with the potential of a full-term contract at the end of the three months. In this role, you will be part of a growing team producing our unique formula sports nutrition products and will have the opportunity to learn and work on a number of different lines and processes.

Shift pattern: 14:30- 23:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 14:00- 22:00

Typical duties of an operative will include:

Assistant Production Manager

Our manufacturing team have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Production Manager.

In this role, we are looking for a strong people Manager, whose primary focus is to manage the floor, ensuring staff are focused, motivated and assigned to the correct task. Optimising production and controlling the flow and sequencing of manufacturing.

The role is 80% task, 20% Management and will involve a significant physical element, moving stock and consumables around the facility.

Typical duties of an Assistant Production Manager will include:  

  • Managing the day to day activities of the Production shift
  • Ensuring KPI’s are met
  • Responsible for the execution of Health & Safety policy ensuring all control measures are in place to create a safe working environment
  • Produce all necessary production entries and supporting information on the production system (Sage)
  • Ensure that Company standards are briefed to shift & continuously monitored to ensure standards are maintained at agreed levels
  • Create and deliver training programs for both new starters and existing staff, ensuring all staff are aware of SOP’s across all aspects of production
  • Ensure start up checks are completed for each machine prior to use
  • Collate & sign off their shifts paperwork, ensuring accuracy of data recorded

The successful candidates will have a selection of the following skills:

Essential

  • Previous Management Supervisory experience in a food production environment
  • Experienced and good knowledge in the areas of batch control, stock control and management
  • Strong man-management training and skill with the ability to motivate and get the best from individuals

Preferred

  • Formal training in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, experience with Sage 200 desirable
