Product Designer (UX)

A brand new role within the eCommerce team, the Product Designer will act as the primary user advocate, ensuring that users have an amazing experience at every step of the journey when on our digital real estate. The Product Designer will translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces.

What will you be doing?

  • Work with the business analyst to translate user requirements and user feedback into improved UX/UI functionality
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mock ups and prototypes that illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications

Head of Marketplaces (Amazon)

The Head of Marketplaces will be responsible for growing BULK POWDERS® business through Marketplace channels such as Amazon. You will be responsible for overseeing a small but growing team, and providing in-depth analysis and sales data.

What will you be doing?

  • Communicating our priorities and goals for the channel, internally and externally, and executing those goals successfully across multiple geographies.
  • Working directly with channel representatives to drive profitable growth
  • Identifying key trends, issues and root causes and make recommendations for improvements

Digital Analytics Manager

This is a brand new position within our rapidly growing eCommerce team - a great position for a true data "geek". In this position, you will be responsible for reporting, dashboarding and analysing all key performance indicators across our digital properties, using data and best practices to make recommendations for stakeholders to optimise the customer journey across multiple platforms. 

You must have a strong understanding of quantitative methodologies, as well as an exceptional talent for finding hidden opportunities within data and recognising trends.

What will you be doing?

  • Driving data strategy supporting key strategic brand initiatives with data insights and opportunities alongside the Head of eCommerce

PPC Marketing Executive 

As BULK POWDERS® continues it's expansion, we are now hiring for PPC Executives to work across some of our international markets including Germany, Austria and Sweden.  

In the role, you would work closely with a Senior Country Manager to ensure successful implementation of the performance marketing strategy for the German, Austrian and Swedish markets in order to meet the Company revenue and growth targets.

What will you be doing?

  • Implement, optimise and manage paid search campaigns within account budgets
  • Work closely with the Acquisition Team to ensure that all PPC campaigns are in line with the overall acquisition strategy (incl. GDN and Video)
  • Work closely with the Senior Country Manager and Content Team to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for all PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and conversion
  • Perform keyword research and manage all bid management

Sage 200 Developer & Support

The Sage 200 Developer will work with our in-house Sage Development team on change and continuous improvement projects using Sage 200 2016/2018 Online, as well as routine maintenance and bug fixes.

The role requires dedication and energy to not only help progress business development and improvement but also to assist with system support throughout the business. The ideal candidate will enjoy supporting the business on a number of systems projects and providing employee support in using Sage, in addition to carrying out development work.

What will you be doing?

  • Heavy involvement in ongoing Sage development and system improvement projects
  • Programming and maintaining additional modules as required to assist with the evolvement of the internal order processing, despatch and accounting system whilst maintaining Microsoft and Sage best practice

  • Assisting Customer Services with any issues they may have with orders imported into the system to ensure smooth order flow

  • Significant experience in developing Sage 200 (2016/2018 Online version), proven qualification/training would be preferable
  • Experience in the Sage 200 Object model and experience in developing add on extensions for the Sage 200 Accounting System using vb.Net ideally (or C#)

  • A full working knowledge of Microsoft based development systems

Stock Controller

Supporting the Warehouse Manager, the Stock Controller will have full responsibility for all stock which will include accurate recording, stock movements, adjustments and carrying out investigations when necessary. It will be your responsibility to implement and enforce strict controls and procedures to ensure stock accuracy at all times.

What will you be doing?

  • High level analysis of stock and sales data to develop warehouse solutions
  • Maintenance and support of WMS (Warehouse Management System), Accellos One

Warehouse Operatives (Part Time)

Assisting in our Colchester distribution centre, our Warehouse Operatives are key to getting our customers orders to their front door! The role involve picking and packing orders and preparing them for distribution. 

What will you be doing?

  • Labelling up cartons for order picking
  • Picking orders using Hand held terminal (HHT) direct into cartons on trolleys
  • Applying protective packaging for completed orders where required
  • Assembling completed order onto pallets by Carrier type
  • First line investigations into any stock issues reporting unresolved shortages to Pick/Pack Supervisor.
  • As part of picking process and leaving picking locations in a tidy condition.
  • Ensuring that at all times general housekeeping is kept at the highest standard e.g. clean and tidy floors
  • Ensuring personal targets are met as well as working as part of a team to ensure department targets are met on a daily basis
  • Compliance with all H&S regulations and wearing a high-vis and protective footwear at all time

Production Operatives

In this role, you will be part of a fast paced team producing our unique formula sports nutrition products and will have the opportunity to learn and work on a number of different lines and processes.

Shift Hours: Monday Friday - 6am-2pm or 2:30pm-11pm

Typical duties of an operative will include:

  • Working on the production lines to create BULK POWDERS® finished products
  • Operating production machinery and equipment
  • Ensuring personal and team targets are met on a daily basis
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene procedures and housekeeping
  • Picking, Weighing, and blending ingredients
