We are looking for someone to dramatically transform our creative output through our brand, our website and our product.

This is a brand-new role, so we’re looking for a hands-on leader with a multi-discipline background, who can reinvigorate what we do creatively and build a brilliant, motivated team.

What you'll be doing?

  • Own and contribute to creative campaigns, ensuring designers are producing work to a very high standard in an efficient manner.
  • Deliver campaigns that will increase brand recognition, disrupt the marketplace and give Bulk Powders a distinct point of difference.
  • Be the standard-bearer for the Design team, maintaining consistency throughout the life-span of projects, from initial design concept to completion.

Marketplace Manager

location London (Bank)

Reporting to the Head of Marketplaces the Marketplace Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all of our online marketplaces. The role is primarily focused on Amazon where revenue is growing significantly and is a key part of the company’s growth strategy. We’re currently trading on Amazon in UK, France, Germany and about to launch USA, this role will assist in new country launches and other online marketplaces where relevant.

What you'll be doing?

  • Working with the Head of Marketplaces to set the strategy for our online marketplaces, including Amazon UK, FR, DE and USA.
  • Assist in new country/marketplace launches.
  • Build relationships with marketplace contacts to ensure we’re the ‘go to company’ in the Active Nutrition sector.
  • Oversee all promotional efforts working within budget guidelines. Focussing on Amazon: best deals, lightning deals and Deal of the Day promotions.
  • Optimise product pages for to ensure we have best in class content and maximise our organic reach.
  • Manage all A+ content pages.
  • Ensure our product catalogue is regularly updated and new products are launched in a timely fashion.
  • Make recommendations to the business on potential gaps in our product range based on activity across the various marketplaces.
  • Produce regular reports for the senior management team.
  • Setup and own regular meetings with the Amazon AVS teams.
  • Liaise with Operations to assist with forecasting.

What we're looking for?

CRM Analyst

This brand-new role offers the opportunity to join a growing CRM team and work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where we are constantly striving to enhance the relevance and performance of our customer communications across all 12 of our markets.

The Digital Analyst will own the management of our customer data, providing actionable insights on our customer’s behaviours and campaigns, and building on the current customer segmentation and profiling to ensure all communications are optimised and personalised.

What you'll be doing?

  • Ensure we have a deep understanding of who our customer is, why and when they shop, how they interact with the brand and what their lifetime value is.
  • Utilise this knowledge to identify any trends and opportunities.

SEO Manager

The SEO Manager will act as an SEO focused expert within our marketing team to improve performance, primarily concentrating on the UK. You should be able to define best practice and quickly execute to supercharge our SEO efforts by rolling out strategy, working closely with the teams within our various global markets.

What you'll be doing?

  • Research, devise and manage SEO strategies for the company's digital estate (primary focus UK).
  • Manage all aspects of SEO, including on-site, link building, blogging, content marketing, online PR, technical SEP (crawl errors, data mark up, xml sitemaps etc).

The role will report in to the Head of Brand within the Brand team, however, a great deal of interaction will required with the Creative, CRM, eCommerce and Product Teams.

Performance Marketing Executive

The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of the performance marketing strategy for BULK POWDERS® in order to meet the Company revenue and growth targets, as well as drive customer acquisition and conversion.

What you'll be doing?

  • Implement, optimise and manage paid search campaigns within budget
  • Work closely with the Acquisition Team to ensure that all PPC campaigns are in line with the overall acquisition strategy
  • Work closely with the Senior Country Manager and Content Team to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for all PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and conversion
  • Perform keyword research and manage all bid management
  • Continuously keep in touch with latest trends in sports nutrition and apply guidance on marketing strategy from Senior Country Manager
  • Analyse activity and performance of all paid search campaigns and report back to Head of Acquisitions
  • Work closely with Affiliate Manager to identify and effectively manage and optimise ROI through affiliate partners
  • Be able to produce SEO rich content, manage the outreach programme, analyse website traffic performance through organic channels

What we're looking for?

  • 1-2 years of experience with PPC account management and Google Shopping for an eCommerce business (or with eCommerce clients on agency side)
  • Proven track record of executing and optimising successful paid search campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics
  • Degree in marketing or analytics related discipline (2:1 or above)

A newly created role responsible for the creation and execution of a customer service strategy. As well as managing all aspects of our multimedia Contact Centre and driving customer service excellence across the team.

Site General Manager

The Site GM will sit as part of the Senior Operations management team and will define and execute ‘best practice’ across the UK distribution facility including all aspects of warehouse and production. This will involve examining and delivering on positive change to supply chain, projects and a continuous improvement program to support business growth.

What you'll be doing?

Production

  • Supporting and executing a continuous improvement plan across the Manufacturing Department.
  • Managing daily KPI reporting for activity and throughputs.
  • Developing policies and procedures for the Manufacturing processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with standards and regulations.

Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will support the Site General Manager by taking ownership for all day to day Warehouse functions whilst building and developing the strength and depth of the entire Warehouse team. Driving the operations strategic and tactical continuous improvement plans with full budgetary responsibility for all aspects of the warehouse functions. Responsible for planning of workload and resources of their team and remit to ensure that customer delivery targets are met on OTIF, Financial measures around CPU, stock targets of accuracy %.

  • Providing a visible shop floor presence and leadership to a diverse and variable workforce with a heavy reliance on temporary labour.

What we're looking for?

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Experience working in a similar SME environment with multi-SKU pick-pack experience would be a strong advantage .
  • Good Excel and MS Office skill level and experience with commercial use.
