What are the benefits of using Ultra Whey Protein Isolate 97%?
Ultra WPI 97% takes the already impressive benefits of regular whey protein isolate and then amplifies them. Its rapid absorption delivers amino acids to the muscles as quickly as is possible, starting the muscle growth and repair process almost immediately.
Ultra WPI 97% comprises of the two major fractions found in whey protein: beta-lactoglobulin (BLG) and alpha-lactabumin (ALA). These two fractions are important for both muscle growth and immune function.
Leucine has been shown to be part of the major signalling process (mTOR) that stimulates protein synthesis (and therefore muscle growth); Ultra WPI 97% contains over 12g of Leucine and almost 23g of BCAAs per 100g – far in excess of most other protein supplements.

Serving Size & Timing
Ultra WPI 97% is a versatile product. It will most commonly be used post-training to start the growth and repair process. Other common times to supplement with Ultra WPI 97% include pre-training; in the morning after our muscles have been starved of protein overnight and throughout the day to increase total protein consumption.
We suggest using 30g of Ultra WPI 97% per serving, which delivers 29g of pure protein. After exercise you may wish to take a 45g serving.

Good but beware
A great quality product but beware if you are used to other protein products, as this one doesn't mix as easily and results in a cloudy watery liquid rather than a smooth shake style protein shake. Am sure that the benefits are there but think I will go back to lower % next time. Hope this helps other novices out there!

mixability and texture is just as expected for a non instantanised product and no anti-foaming agent.

just stuck it in the blender with some water and icecubes for a min and it tasted good no sweetners nasty after taste or anything like that.

Just what I need after a hard workout in the gym. So much high grade protein in such little quantity. I use it as a base for an all in 1 shake - Glutamine peptides 5g - D-Ribose - 5g - HMB - 5g - Beta Alanine - 4g - 500ml ice cold water - ooooo and capped of with 10 drops of apple liquiflav.
