- I'm drinking it for three weeks now. I take 1 teaspoon mixed with water or juice 30min before food 3 times a day.
- Really helps. I don't want sweets. I don't want to eat as much, just healthy portion. and healthy food like vegetables and meat. I feel energy full! :)
- Tastes bad with water, but mixed with juice is good.
