What quantity of powder do size 0 gelatin caps hold?
The amount of powder that size 0 gelatin capsules hold depends entirely upon the density of the powder you are encapsulating. For example if you are filling them with a dense and heavy powder (eg. beta alanine) then the capsule will hold a greater amount than if you are filling it with a light and fluffy powder such as BCAAs.
From independent tests we have found that size 0 gelatin caps hold between 0.4g and 0.8g of powder (400mg - 800mg) depending on the density of the powder being capped.
