"I dont load or cycle i just take 5g a day plus 5g after my workouts. Results have been fantastic. Went from bench pressing 35kg (3sets 6-8 reps) to 50kg. Military press has gone up 10kg and squats gone up only 5kg. That was the first session after taking it for a week and i was shocked at the results. Will order again however i cant afford it at the moment so after this lot has gone i have to wait a while. But cannot fault it. Great product, great price. Thankyou bulkpowders!!"

"Compared to other brands of Creatine Monohydrate I've tried this creatine can be considered micronized. It has no taste, mixes very well and is cheap. Increases my max 1RM bench-press by about 20 pounds compared to when not using it. 5 out of 5."
