Serving Size
10 Tablets (5g) pre-workout and 10 Tablets (5g) post-workout is a common dosage. Take BCAAs on an empty stomach, so there is no competition for absorption and uptake by other amino acids. BCAAs can also be mega-dosed upto 30g (60 tablets!) per day to prevent muscle catabolism and promote muscle anabolism and fat loss.
Timing
Branch Chain Amino Acids are best taken on an empty stomach to prevent competition for absorption by other amino acids. The best times to take BCAAs are 10-20 minutes before exercise, during exercise and immediately after exercise. They can of course be taken at other stages of the day, perhaps during periods where you will not be eating for a while.
Synergists
