"Well, suffered niggly shoulder injury and forearm aching after heavey powerlifting to bulk up, this continued for a few months.
Ordered this stuff and in 3 to 4 weeks, no more aches, it really does work. Mixing with whey protein, 5 to 10 grams of L Glutamine and flavouring. If your injury is bad, recomend to take a week off and take twice a day and this help a lot.
