How does it differ to Whey Protein Concentrate?

Whey Protein Isolate is the most pure and concentrated form of whey protein available. It contains 90% or more protein and very little (if any) fat and lactose. In comparison Whey Protein Concentrate has anywhere between 29% and 89% protein depending upon the product. As the protein level in whey protein concentrate decreases the amounts of fat and/or lactose usually increase.

The whey isolate is then subjected to further filtration through membranes, whilst retaining glycomacropeptides (GMP) and bio-active peptides. These peptides are important for improved gut and immune function. The whey isolate is then sprayed with fine lecithin particles creating a water-resistant effect on the surface of the whey protein particles, meaning no clumping� just easy mixing! Instantised WPI has significant advantages over other proteins, the first being absorbability. "I love this Whey - almost tasteless (contrary to description which indicates 4*)and mixes very easily. Here you get a DRY powder, pay for the purity and not a lot of moisture at all, something you might need to consider with the other protein products. RECOMMENDED."
