What is BP Basics Saw Palmetto Extract?

Saw Palmetto is a plant found in North America and the West Indies. The extract of its berries is an effective treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and has also been explored in other prostate conditions. Saw palmetto does not share the downsides of prescription treatments for BPH but is equally effective. It does not have estrogenic or anti-androgenic side effects.

Athletes who use steroids or prohormones often supplement with Saw Palmetto whilst on-cycle to protect the prostate. It can also be used to prevent prostate irritation caused by some stimulants such as ephedrine and synephrine.

Directions
Take 0.2g-0.25g, 1-2 times daily.
