Product Details
Phenibut has both nootropic and anxiolytic (anxiety-reducing) properties. It is commonly compared to diazepam (Valium), baclofen, and piracetam, and it has similarities to and differences from all of these substances.

Restful sleep for stressed people
"I have found Phenibut very useful as a sleeping aid during periods of high stress. I take 300-500 mg of it before sleep, and I sleep deep and wake up well rested the next morning, and feel smart and calm the next day. For me, it's a very efficient stress reliever.

However, be wary: your body very quickly develops tolerance for Phenibut, and if used for more than 2 or 3 days in a row, it quickly loses its effect. It's best used once every 1 to 2 weeks so your brain doesn't get too used to it. I suspect that if it's used continuously for too long, you may develop withdrawal symptoms (anxiety).
