BP Basics Milk Thistle Extract is standardized for 80% Silymarin.

Its main use is as a liver detoxifier. It is especially helpful for anybody who uses steroids, prohormones, or consumes a large amount of alcohol or other liver-damaging substances.

Directions
For all forms of liver protection, we suggest using approximately 0.5g of Milk Thistle Extract daily, ideally divided between 2-3 servings.

"Brilliant milk thistle product. The importance of this product and the wonders it does for your entire body as a result of regenerating your liver is invaluable. A must for every bodybuilder.

Taste is fairly neutral, just drink down with some water twice daily approx 600mg of the powder."
