Serving Size
We recommend taking 1-3g per serving, between 1-2 times daily.

Timing
L-Tyrosine should be taken when convenient, preferably on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. It could be taken 30 minutes before exercise or work to help improve stimulation and focus.
Synergists
There are no proven synergists of L-Tyrosine, however it is often combined with other nootropic supplements such as
Acetyl-L-Carnitine to improve focus and concentration even further.
Safety
L-Tyrosine should not be used if you suffer from high blood pressure or skin cancer. If you are taking prescribed anti-depressant drugs we would also suggest that you do not use L-Tyrosine.
Toxicity
There is no known toxicity of L-Tyrosine.
Bans/Restrictions for Use
