great supplement for less money
"well, im using l-glutamin for about a year and i must admit,that i see the benefits im taking 5g while workout 10g straight after and 10 before sleep, it really works well so far. the mixability is very good and the taste is also good.highly recommended! keep up the good work BP!"

"I haven't taken this for about 2 weeks now, purely because I ran out, the difference in my recovery is huge, I'm 40, haven't trained on a regular basis for some time, but I have been pretty much back in the groove for 7-8weeks now, and for 4 weeks I used L Glutamine, with porridge oats (ultra fine) and protein in a morning and evening shake, and since not having it for two weeks I'm struggling, I'm ordering some now!"

"To be honest ive been taking this for around 3 weeks now and havent noticed a difference. My recovery times are still the same. Maybe ive had less muscle breakdown but i cant see it. Wont order it again but big thanks to bulkpowders for the low price and high quality. Will order from this site again and again."

"I have used this product for just over a month 5mg twice a day and have noticed faster recovery times after intensive workouts, and muscle gain was also impressive, but you must use it together with a good protein supplement and a healthy diet. I take it straight after a workout mixed with dextrose on an empty stomach, and before going to bed."

Bulkpowders are right...
"They say they are the cheapest and they are right, i've looked everywhere for glutamine and this is BY FAR the cheapest i found. Just £17.99 for 1kg? I found no other price that came close. I thought for this price it could not be pure glutamine but they were kind enough to send me a lab certificate which showed it was 100% high quality glutamine powder, and i was also told it comes from the same place that many of the 'branded' companies get their glutamine from. The service was also fantastic, i ordered Tuesday afternoon and had it by 9am on Wednesday. Congratulations BP, great prices, great products and great service! Keep it up! From a very happy customer."

"Stopped using this for a while and felt knackered all the time especially after training. Started using this again in the last couple of weeks and feel less tired and with more get up and go. By the way I am 39 and feel okay. Recommended. Load up for a week then maintain after."
