What is BP Basics Flaxseed Powder?

Flaxseed powder is brown in appearance and is the most abundant dietary source of the Essential Fatty Acid (EFA); Linolenic Acid, which comprises 58% of Flaxseed.

Linolenic acid is a member of the Omega-3 family of fatty acids, and it is a vital nutrient for maintaining and improving health. As an EFA, Flaxseed Powder provides an excellent source of energy, and can offer a variety of other benefits such as improving skin condition, improving joint health, supporting fat loss, improving digestion, improving cardiovascular function, improving immunity and improving hormone production.

Flaxseed Powder is a free-flowing powder form of natural flax seed oil.

Directions
Take 5g between 1-3 times daily, preferably with meals. Flaxseed Powder makes a great addition to a protein shake, weight gainer or meal replacement, to increase nutritional content and provide valuable EFAs.
