"Have used for a month now. Creatine is an excellent energy booster. I found I could do 50% more when i was taking it twice daily. But I have stopped taking it everyday because it was causing me too much water retention and I felt heavy. This goes for all the creatine products I've used by other manufacturers. So i only take it the day before an intensive workout which is like 3 times a week. I'm happy with the results. Very cheap and effective I must say when compared to other brands. but do mix it with dextrose or a sweet drink."

"been using this for a while now and you can really see the lean muscle packing on after around 3-4 weeks. It is totally 100% tasteless and mixes perfectly. I can't believe this product is this cheap, I wish I found this years ago!"
