Serving Size
We recommend taking 3g-5g per serving, 1-2 times daily.
Timing
Citrulline Malate is best taken on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. On exercise days we would recommend taking one serving first thing in the morning and another serving 30-40 minutes prior to exercise. On non-exercise days we would recommend taking one serving in the morning and an optional serving in the afternoon/evening.
Synergists
Feedback suggests that Citrulline Malate stacks very well with
Beta Alanine and
Creatine Ethyl Ester.
Safety
Citrulline is a safe and effective supplement, however if you suffer from heart problems or any psychiatric condition then please consult with your doctor before using it.
Toxicity
There is no known toxicity of Citrulline Malate.
Bans/Restrictions for Use
As far as we are aware there are no known bans or restrictions in regard to supplementing with Citrulline Malate.
