Serving Size
We recommend taking between 3-6 tablets of Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL per serving, depending on bodyweight and your individual response. Take 1-2 servings daily.
Timing
On workout days take 3-6 Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL tablets about 20-30 minutes before exercise on an empty stomach. Take a further 3-6 tablets immediately after exercise. On non-workout days take 3-6 tablets, once or twice daily, ideally on an empty stomach to increase absorption.
Synergists
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL is an excellent standalone product, however it can be stacked with other nutrients from the BP Basics range such as
Arginine,
Beta Alanine,
Taurine, or
Ornithine to further supercharge your workouts and muscle growth.
Safety
Creatine Monohydrate has been proven safe over decades of testing and usage. Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL has only been on the scene for around 2-3 years but so far the science, research and feedback suggests it is equally as safe.
Toxicity
There is no known toxicity of Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL.
