"Oh my, this has to be the worst tasting product on the market. Gut wrenching, vile and repugnant are words which describe the horror of this awful tasting product. As for effectiveness, well I can't comment yet, but will persevere. But that taste......yuck!"

"great value, i was impressed with the price. Came in a nice air tight container. the powder is a little bitter but just dont mix it with lots of water. Mix it with a little water, drink, THEN drink 1-2 glasses of water. DO NOT MIX IT WITH FRUIT JUICES or anything containing acids!!!!!!"

"this stuff is great as ur main dose of cee the bad taste only makes me wanna push harder on those hard to to do reps a teaspoon full goes in my daytime protein drinks but i leave it out of my b4 bed protein drink or i'll be repping all night"

"They're right-it really does taste filthy!!BUT it gave me a pump like nothing else. I tried it for the 1st time today-the pump after only a few sets was verging on painful!-I would recommend it but it needs masking with a liquid that makes it bearable to drink!!"

"All I can say is that this powder tastes terrible! It tastes like amphetamine sulphate! I am sure it is good quality and does the trick though. Have something with a strong, sweet flavour to wash it down with when you take it!"

"This Creatine gave me great results in growth and strength. I found that I could work out for longer and with heavier weights. The only bad point is the taste which is dreadful, but is worth overcoming due to the great results I got."

Awesome Results - Aweful Taste
"For the price this is an awesome product, I take 5g a day in 2 2.5 servings and the pump you get during training is top class it beats any of the other creatine products I have used including some maxi-expensive manufacturers! Must be washed down with fruit juice as the taste is aweful but then creatine is a mad tasting supplement... Final Word - 10/10"

"Best and most cost-effective supplement Iīve ever used. I use 10 grams a day and have recieved much better results than any of the advanced creatine formulas. Itīs tastes awefully bitter but if you dissovle it in as little water as possible and wash it down with blackcurrant juice afterwards youīll get over it quickly. Itīs worth it!"
