"Because I don't usually drink energy drink or coffee, this product actually gives me a nice kick before working out. I take 1 tablet pre workout and it's something I can definately feel working. I don't think anyone can give this less that 5/5 because it's very cheap and does what it's supposed to do. Product seems very pure and of high quality. Also, a recent study showed that glycogen supplies are filled faster after a workout if you used caffeine. Source: (July 2, 2008) David J. Pedersen et al. "I have been a user of caffeine for over 4 years now. I work in the fitness industry as a fitness trainer and health is a must priority!! My blood pressure is 110 over 62mmhg and resting heart rate of 55. I believe I am in great shape and healthy. Caffeine really gives you focus, mental power and psyche. All the things needed for a good training session. In my own experience it has really helped as an appettite supressant as well as speed up my metabolic rate. Great for cardio and resistance training, especially resistance training!! getting those heavy weights up!!!. This product is great, just be sure not exceed the dosage recommended! It may be the purity of this product but it has a different type of strength to the name brand. I find it works extremely well taken an hour before training stacked with sida cordifolia. Sida cordofolia is an amazing fat burning product. Sida cordifolia well get you excited about your training session. Bulk powders caffeine's great value for money, In terms of cost because of the dosage. Using name brands have been much more expensive! buying caffeine this way is much better. You look a bit insane when buying this quantity in the shop!! Bulk Powders I thank you for this product. Other caffeine tablets I have used have arrived damaged and powdered in the tub due to poor design. Your version comes in better tablet form!! Thank you I highly recommend!!."
