"Really helps me add reps on high rep work. Works best with creatine and only for high rep work (over 10 reps) but it is sure fun suddenly to do 15 reps with an old 10rm weight :D Gives me tingels in the face and fingers, but who cares+ It is very mild. Can't taste it and it goes down easy with a shake. Works within a weeks loading for me."
