National delivery is currently available via Parcelforce and Royal Mail.
All orders totaling above £100 to the UK mainland qualify for FREE delivery!
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For
We offer the option of delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class for orders with shipping weight up to 1.8kg. The price is automatically calculated at the checkout from over 20 shipping rates depending on the total weight of your order. As this is a Recorded Signed For service, a signature is required on delivery which typically takes 1-2 working days. Maximum compensation for loss is £30 and parcels are only deemed so by Royal Mail if still undelivered after 15 days. This service is not fully tracked however the 13 digit reference number (to use on the Royal Mail website) will be supplied to you which shows some information such as an attempted delivery and name of Royal Mail depot parcel being held at if you were out.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day
This service is available for shipping weights up to 1.7kg. A signature is required on delivery. The service includes full compensation for loss or damage and is fully tracked. A 13 digit reference number (to use on the Royal Mail website) is provided to enable you to see full details of the parcel. Delivery time is 1 working day.
- Parcelforce 48
We offer this service for all shipping weights. The price is a flat rate (currently £4.75 for UK mainland deliveries). A signature is required on delivery and the parcel is fully insured against loss or damage. The service is fully tracked and a tracking number (to use on the Parcelforce website) will be supplied to you to see full details of the parcel. Delivery time is 2 working days.
This service is FREE for deliveries to the UK mainland where the order total is above £100.
- Parcelforce 24
This service is also available for all shipping weights and the price is a flat rate (currently £5.75 for UK mainland deliveries). The service is identical to Parcelforce 48 except delivery time is 1 working day.
Please Note:
Deliveries to non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands/Islands) and BFPO (HM Forces mail) are not classified as UK mainland by Parcelforce and zonal surcharges occur therefore the relevant region must be selected. Automatic postcode checking is in place and any orders to be delivered to these regions which are placed as mainland UK will be held until correct delivery payment is made. These surcharges are not applicable for Royal Mail deliveries.
All lost/damaged deliveries must be reported to us within 7 days of dispatch to enable a claim to be made against the courier.
Parcelforce will not deliver to PO BOX addresses. If you use elect to have your order shipped to a PO Box address and delivery is unsuccessful, you will be liable for the reshipping cost.

For international orders below 1.9kg there are various options:
International Airmail (Unrecorded):
The cheapest method of receiving your goods, however as this is uninsured we cannot compensate you for damage/loss to your order, so you are using this option at your own risk! Delivery is usually within 7 days but can take up to 28 days.
Recorded International Delivery:
There is an extra charge for this service as it requires a signature and is insured, so if you do not receive your order we are able to refund you or resend your order. The maximum compensation for lossdamage is £30. Delivery is usually within 7 days but can take up to 28 days.
Airsure®:
Only available to select destinations. As with Recorded International Delivery it is insured and allows us to refund or resend your order if you do not receive it. The maximum compensation for lossdamage is £30. It is slightly more expensive as it is the quickest way of you receiving your order. Most destinations should receive their order within 5-7 days.
These 3 delivery methods are only available for orders of shipping weight below 1.9kg.
For baskets over 1.9kg we will use:
Parcelforce Euro 48: the cost of which is automatically calculated at the checkout according to the destination country. This service is fully trackable and fully insured.
We have excellent prices for this. They are flat rate prices; the first level being up to 30kg max weight. We then reduce the rate slightly for an up to 60kg price, and so on...
Please note that all customers outside of the EU may have to pay local import duties/sales taxes on the value of their order.
BulkPowders.co.uk will not be liable for any customs seizures.
Please note any orders returned to us will be subject to a re-shipping fee of the full cost to resend your order. If the order was returned due to our fault we will pay the cost to re-ship your order.
Packaging Details
All ingredients/supplements are supplied in the highest quality food grade tamper evident wide-neck containers at no extra cost to you.
Some items may be hygroscopic and this may cause 'clumping' during shipment. This does not affect the efficacy of the product, just the texture/appearance.
All deliveries are then packaged in custom made cardboard boxes to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition.
Returns Policy
Any issues with the order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
No unauthorised returns.
No returns on products that have been opened, which includes the seal being tampered with.
No shipping charges will be refunded on returns made after 7 days of receipt.
Any damaged product must be received by us before we can release any credit or product(s) reshipment.
All returns made after 7 days of receipt of goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee (this does not include damaged goods) and we must receive items back within 14 days of receipt and unopened.
Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient/incorrect address details are subject to a £5 re-delivery charge.
Any orders returned to us because a delivery attempt has been made and then package has then not been called for/collected are subject to a £5 re-delivery charge.
None of the above affect your statutory rights.
