How To Make A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier, simply browse through our catalogue and when you find a product that you wish to buy click on the 'Add to Cart' button which is located next to the product; the item will then be placed into your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping and add more items to your cart should you wish.
A brief summary of the contents of your shopping cart is always shown on the right-hand side of the screen. To view the contents of your shopping cart in full detail at any time click on the 'Cart' button near the top of the screen in the menu bar.
When the contents of your cart are displayed you have several options. At any time you can remove a single item by clicking on the 'Remove Item' button. You can change the quantity of each purchase by altering the number in the 'Qty' box and then clicking the 'Update Cart' button. You can also empty the entire cart by clicking 'Empty Cart'.
When you have selected all the items that you require click on the 'Checkout' button located next to the ‘Cart’ button in the top menu bar. You will then be asked to do one of 3 things:
i ) Enter your username and password if you already have an account set up with us.
ii ) Open an account with us; if you do this then your personal information will be stored safely, preventing you from having to fill in these details again on your next visit (no credit/debit card details are stored by us).
iii ) Order without opening an account. You can pay for your items without setting up an account. You will be asked to enter some personal information.
Finally clicking 'Submit Order' will transfer you to our Protx secure server or PayPal where your payment details will be processed.
Your order will then be complete and you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details unique to your shipment.
You will receive a receipt with your order when it is delivered to you.
Security
You can buy products from this site with the confidence of knowing that we have incorporated a secure server (128 bit SSL) link to that will encrypt your order information and protect you against credit card fraud. When you click on the 'Submit Order' button your order will be transferred to our secure server with Protx. Most browsers will display a lock icon to confirm that you are in a secure area.
Java and Cookies
The shopping facility incorporated in this site utilises both 'Java' and 'cookies' in its operation. If you are experiencing any problems with items not being added to your shopping basket, check your browser’s settings to ensure that 'Java' is enabled and that it will always accept 'cookies'. |
