    Lovely cuppa! Review by Lianne
I'd been just adding this in with my Greens powder (another great buy), but after looking at the reviews here, I tried adding it to some hot water this morning. Didn't all mix in (used just under a scoop in a normal sized mug), but tasted great. It just tastes like normal Green tea, but I find that the tea bags can turn out a little bitter tasting, and this didn't. A pouch will last quite a while, and I'll definately be purchasing this instead of bags in future. (Posted on 29/05/2015)
Use it like instant tea!!! Review by Aleco
Can't comment on effects just now as it has only just arrived, but following the instructions I added 2-3 scoops to water (I presumed cold) and the result was disastrous.

The extract turned into tar, I tried drinking it and it stuck to my teeth to the spoon and the glass, gross!

I looked here at the reviews and it was suggested to add to warm water. I used kettle water, hot but not boiling, and the powder dissolved and I had an enjoyable instant (slightly strong tasting) green tea.

I think the instructions for the product should be updated to reflect this as a serving suggestion. (Posted on 22/04/2015)
    Mixing Tip Review by Gary
Hello, had a bag of this for some time now. Not used it everyday as I keep forgetting. Tip for mixing, servings are small so add to very hot water, stir, then add some cold then gulp it down. For an extra boost I add to espresso :) (Posted on 07/03/2015)
huge caffeine hit but hard to use Review by joe
The powder seems to turn into a thick sticky tar like glob that adheres to anything it touches and is very hard to remove ...however the only way i can seem to use it is mix it with my greens powders dry then add it to a vedge/fruit smoothie using a blender. (Posted on 15/01/2015)
Great products but sticky Review by Ferry
This product works great but I find it to be very sticky. Instead that the extract spreads it more likes to gather to become 1 clump. Is there a way to make it dissolve better? (Posted on 19/12/2014)
Now my favourite drink Review by Tom
I bought this as an alternative to drinking coffee. Unlike other green tea extracts I have tried, it's really easy to drink because it tastes just like using a green tea bag (but even better!).

With the multiple health benefits and the fact a 100g pouch will last for ages because serving sizes are so small, this is a great, cost effective product, whether you're looking to lose weight or just want a refreshing healthy drink during the day.

Looks like this 100g bag is going to keep me going for at least 6 months! (Posted on 08/10/2013)
    CRACKING PRODUCT Review by Nick
The recommended serving is just 1/10th of teaspoon. Baring in mind that you are paying £4.49 for 100g, it is brilliant value for money.

I have been taking slightly more then the recommended dose; around a 3rd of a teaspoon, 3/4 times a day (I also add a small amount to my mid morning shake).

The effects are fairly potent (on an empty stomach), comparable to a prolonged caffeine hit. Taste wise its great, stop reading and buy.

So far so good Review by Alastair
Only started taking this a couple of days ago so can't comment on any fat-burning or metabolism raising qualities.

What it has done, and is quite remarkable, is cut my coffee intake to shreds.

After reading some of the other reviews, I mix a measure with my first cup of tea in the morning. I would usually down three mugs of tea and start on a jug of filter coffee (which would normally last until lunchtime) before getting the kids off to school, but now just the one brew wakes me up and I simply don't crave any more caffeine. No racing heart, jitters or other side effects. Just another cuppa in the afternoon with a scoop of green tea extract sees me through.

As for taste, just mix it into a cup of tea and shock horror, it still tastes like tea. Just do invest in the 0.5ml measure as the serving size is so small it would be very easy to double the dose or more.

At this price for the bulk powder, it is an absolute bargain. (Posted on 14/05/2012)
Tastes alright to me! Review by Hayley Bosworth
Can't review its effectiveness as I've been taking it for a grans total of 2 days now, but mixed in a cup of hot water, tastes just like black tea to me - I have NO idea where the taste complaints are coming from?! (Posted on 11/04/2012)
green tea powder review Review by Konstantinos Smaragdakis
Superb product with well taste! I take this 2-3 times per day. The results are very impressive! (Posted on 11/04/2012)

The effects are very profound, and quite noticable. Being used to drink high quantities of coffee daily, this is a very nice supplement, and the energy-boost - both physical as well as mental - is great. I've been running a strict diet with constant measurements of food, and I've certainly been able to lean out faster after adding green tea.

As for taste - it's horrible. It's easy to get around, though. Fill a glass with around 1 inch of water (2,5 cm) of water, put in the extract and gulp it down. The trick is to swallow before the water hits the back of your mouth. It does take some practice, so have some water handy ) (Posted on 11/04/2012)
Completely disagree about taste Review by Joep van der Heiden
Taste isn't that bad at all!
    \
    \
I use 1 level tablespoon in 500 ml water and it's awesome. I drink 2 liters a day of this stuff. But beware: if you drink too much of it in a short time it can make you feel slightly nauseous.
    \
    \
Also be sure to take it on an empty stomach in the morning for maximum effect. If you take it with a protein meal the green tea will bind with the protein making it ineffective. (Posted on 11/04/2012)
Bad tasting BUT you can mask it! Review by Prash Kotecha
Yes, I agree with previous reviewer that it's bad tasting - probably on par with Creatine Ethyl Ester...
    \
BUT - you can mask it VERY SIMPLY - but either (a) adding more (warm) water - say total around 200ml... OR (b) mix with honey/dextrose.
    \
    Both options helps.
    \
At least it does appear contribute towards overall fat burning goals....(and a slight energy boost). (Posted on 11/04/2012)
Cap it.. Review by Chris Lynch
This stuff its great BUT it is the worst tasting substance I have ever had. You can not mask it with anything. So cap it yourself or buy caps/tablets. (Posted on 11/04/2012)
