Good product shame about the taste
I do feel this gives me a good boost before a workout with only the 3g BUT the taste is horrible. My first dose was awful and unfortunately its something I still haven't got used to. Worth the money

Far better then creatine monohydrate!
First of all if you are one of those unlucky non-responder hardgainers like myself, then this should definitely work for you!

I've tried creatine monohydrate a few times now, it just doesn't work for me!

After taking this for 1 or 2 days you notice that it works immediately and there's no loading and you only need to take 3 grams/ day.

I would recommend taking it about 20 - 30 mins before workout (don't take it just before, because it won't work directly!) and then half the dosage immediately after your workout.

You'll notice the extra reps you can do and a bit of strength increase. Which will eventually lead to more muscle... On 22/07/2013 Goku said...
