First of all if you are one of those unlucky non-responder hardgainers like myself, then this should definitely work for you!
I've tried creatine monohydrate a few times now, it just doesn't work for me!
After taking this for 1 or 2 days you notice that it works immediately and there's no loading and you only need to take 3 grams/ day.
I would recommend taking it about 20 - 30 mins before workout (don't take it just before, because it won't work directly!) and then half the dosage immediately after your workout.
