AFFILIATE MANAGER

We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Affiliate Manager to improve our performance across the affiliate channel.  You should be should be able to define best practice and quickly execute to supercharge our affiliate effort. What your role will involve

DEPUTY PICK PACK SUPERVISOR

We currently have an opportunity for a Deputy Pick Pack Supervisor to join our Warehouse team. In this role, you will support the Pick Pack Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of the afternoon shift team, ensuring that all customer orders are dispatched in full and on time. 

This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, tackling new challenges, and thrives in a fast paced warehouse environment. 

What your role will involve

Reporting to the Pick Pack Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Day-to-day shift supervision of the picking and packing operations
  • Controlling the waving/ release of orders for picking on a timely basis to achieve cut-offs
  • Ensuring that orders are picked in correct batch, use by date sequence – liaising with Stock Controller regarding any stock discrepancies
  • Strong focus on achieving Productivity levels and daily order clearance targets
  • Any necessary liaison with carriers/ hauliers to ensure timely collection of dispatches
  • Site responsibility for opening, undertaking shift safety, and security checks
  • Ensuring H&S regulations and good manual handling practice is adhered to and standards are kept high at all times in terms of dress code and practice
  • Liaison with the Customer Service Team to manage returns and reships

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate

  • Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse environment 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure

We are on the search for a Spanish Digital Marketing Executive to join the BULK POWDERS® team. This role will allow you full reign of the Spanish BULK POWDERS® website and marketing campaigns. What your role will involve

Reporting to the Pick Pack Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day supervision of all aspects of the Spanish website, including creating and adapting content 
  • Managing PPC, affiliates and social media for the Spanish market
  • Collaborating on the Spanish marketing planning and strategy 
  • Management and execution of all in-country campaigns
  • Reporting on country sales and marketing data via Google Analytics et al

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate

  • At least 3 years’ in digital marketing, with good knowledge and experience marketing to a Spanish audience  
  • At least 2 years’ experience of managing PPC accounts/Google Shopping 
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting 
  • Deep interest and curiosity in all aspects of online marketing, SEO and social media
  • Education to degree level, preferably in a marketing field
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with proven experience in copywriting engaging articles in Spanish (English fluency is also essential) 
  • Enthusiasm, good humour and ambition

WAREHOUSE INVENTORY CONTROLLER

We are looking for graduates in Logistics/Operations/Supply Chain (or similar) looking to progress with a career in ecommerce business operations.  They will have full responsibility for stock which will include accurate recording, stock movements, adjustments and carrying out investigations when necessary, with the support of a highly experienced warehouse management team. 

This role is an essential role within our business and provides an exciting opportunity to make a mark in our warehouse operations and grow with this fast expanding business. 

What your role will involve

  • High level analysis of stock and sales data to develop warehouse solutions for replenishment
  • Maintenance and support of WMS (Warehouse Management System): Accellos One
  • Developing optimum layout of warehouse to maximise picking productivity and storage density
  • Perpetual inventory counting and reconciliation of stock on cyclical basis
  • Ensuring that stock is accurately located by batch numbers and use by dates
  • Monitoring stock levels and planning space for peak periods
  • Develop and maintain Excel tools to forecast material flows and activity
  • Periodically reviewing slow moving/ obsolete stock and taking necessary actions
  • Planning daily flow of deliveries and ensuring necessary resources available
  • Liaising with Production on a daily basis on capacity vs. demand
  • Managing daily KPI reporting for activity and throughputs

What are we looking for?

This is a highly analytical role, therefore the ideal candidate would encompass the following strengths:

  • Advanced Excel skill level and experience with commercial use
  • Work experience in a relevant warehouse environment; in an ecommerce business would be desirable 
  • Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to work independently

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Service Operative/ FLT Driver to join our Warehouse team.

What your role will involve

Reporting to the Assistant Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Operating Mechanical Handling Equipment in a safe and effective manner
  • Unloading vehicles and breaking down incoming pallets
  • Undertaking pick face replenishment tasks using RF scanners linked to WMS
  • Undertaking visual quality checks for all products received
  • Working accurately with Batch numbers and use by dates
  • Locating incoming goods and manufactured items into the appropriate racking
  • Picking bulk pallets or customer orders as required
  • Loading pallets onto carriers, undertaking required checks for accuracy and safety.
  • Providing packing materials to Case assembly area and assembly of cartons as required.
  • Assisting with stock counts and perpetual inventory
  • Supporting Pick/ Pack shift as required.
  • Housekeeping stock within warehouse to make best use of space.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate 

  • Use of Flexi and Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse environment 
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently with a strong quality focus
  • This role may be physically demanding and involves lifting and bending  
  • Experienced in use of computers and bar code scanner
