Senior Digital Marketing Executives/ eCommerce Country Managers for France & USA

We have two new opportunities for experienced digital marketers to join the BULK POWDERS™ marketing team to drive growth in France and USA markets.

We are looking for ambitious and experienced ecommerce digital marketers to take ownership of their respective marketplace/country, working closely with the Senior Country Managers on strategy and campaigns for www.bulkpowders.fr or the brand new US website soon to go live www.bulkpowders.com

These positions are perfect for anyone looking to have a hands-on digital marketing role covering a wide range of online marketing channels and having real influence on the future success of our business.

Reporting to the Senior Country Managers, the roles will include the following:

  • Day to day supervision of all aspects of the website
  • Managing PPC, affiliates and social media for your market
  • Collaborating with the Senior Country Manager on planning and strategy
  • Management and execution of all in-country campaigns
  • Reporting on country sales and marketing data via Google Analytics et al
  • Collaborating with the CRM Manager on the best strategy for your market

Ideal candidates for the roles will have:

  • At least 3 years’ in a digital marketing role, with at least 2 years’ experience of managing PPC accounts, a good knowledge of Google Shopping, and working for an eCommerce business
  • Deep interest and curiosity in all aspects of online marketing, SEO and social media
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics analysis and reporting
  • Education to degree level, preferably in a marketing field
  • Experience of working with affiliates would also be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with proven experience in copywriting
  • Enthusiasm, good humour and ambition
  • Any knowledge and interest in sports supplements and/or fitness is a strong advantage

Additional requirements for French and USA Country Managers:

  • Native/fluent in spoken and written French with a good knowledge and experience of working with a French market, or;
  • Significant knowledge and recent experience of working with an American market

Warehouse Inventory / Stock Controller

Supporting the Warehouse Manager, the Inventory Controller will have full responsibility for stock which will include accurate recording, stock movements, adjustments and carrying out investigations when necessary. It will be your responsibility to implement and enforce strict controls and procedures to ensure stock accuracy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High level analysis of stock and sales data to develop warehouse solutions for replenishment
  • Maintenance and support of WMS (Warehouse Management System): Accellos One
  • Developing optimum layout of warehouse to maximise picking productivity and storage density
  • Perpetual inventory counting and reconciliation of stock on cyclical basis
  • Ensuring that stock is accurately located by batch numbers and use by dates
  • Monitoring stock levels and planning space for peak periods
  • Develop and maintain Excel tools to forecast material flows and activity
  • Periodically reviewing slow moving/ obsolete stock and taking necessary actions
  • Planning daily flow of deliveries and ensuring necessary resources available
  • Liaising with Production on a daily basis on capacity vs. demand
  • Managing daily KPI reporting for activity and throughputs

Candidate Specification

  • Advanced Excel skill level and experience with commercial use
  • Graduates looking to develop a career in logistics are encouraged to apply
