Caffeine acts to enhance mental alertness and provide you with the energy surge needed to maximize your training. It is not just a stimulant however, this powerful substance reaches deep into the muscle cell to provide long-lasting power and delaying the onset of muscle fatigue.
Adults and Children 18 years of age and over: 200mg (0.2g) 1-3 times daily. A BulkPowders.co.uk 0.5ml measure (level scoop) provides 280mg (0.28g) of Caffeine powder. We therefore suggest using 2/3 of a scoop per serving. For accurate dosing please use a milligram scale.

This is basically what it says on the tin, however my advice for anyone purchasing this product is READ THE DIRECTIONS ONLINE. There are no instructions/directions on pack and it doesn't come with a scoop so is hard to get an accurate measurement which is so so important with pure caffeine powder.
My other advice therefore is fork out the extra 25p for the scoop! Even with the scoop you only need around 2/3rds max. This is the sort of product that needs to be consumed properly and should carry a warning on the packaging due to the consequences that could arise with incorrect measurements. First time using mixed with 400ml of water.. Even with dextrose, maltodextrin and creatine it still tasted bad, stuck some cordial in.. Tastes like a cheap energy drink. Drinkable but you still get that sour kick that we all love from monsteresque drinks.

Have to say the taste is terrible. The results on the other hand are great. This product is very good on its own but amazing when mixed with BPs Other pre workout powders (which are also great) like beta alanine etc. Value for money, there's no other company better than BP and I've been through heaps of supp brands. Man this stuff gets you through the roof. Very cheap for what it does. My only supplement with whey protein and multivitamins and oh man im blasting it.
